A long-established consulting civil and structural engineering practice in Gibraltar is seeking an ambitious Chartered Structural Engineer to step into an Associate-level role within their local team.

What you'll be doing:

• Overseeing projects from concept/design stage through to construction and delivery

• Leading, managing and mentoring a small team of engineers and technicians

• Producing and reviewing structural designs across masonry, reinforced concrete, steelwork and timber

• Coordinating closely with architects, MEP consultants, contractors and other members of the design team

• Ensuring designs comply with BS EN standards and Eurocodes throughout

What we're looking for:

• CEng MIStructE – Chartered Structural Engineer

• Minimum 10+ years' structural design experience

• Strong experience across residential, commercial and industrial buildings

• Extensive design experience in masonry, reinforced concrete, steelwork and timber

• Thorough knowledge and application of BS EN standards and Eurocodes

• Experience leading, managing and mentoring small teams of engineers and technicians

• Strong coordination skills when working with architects, MEP consultants, contractors and other members of the design team

You must also have unrestricted right to work in Gibraltar - ideally UK or EU citizenship.
