Construction Project Manager
Gibraltar | £45-65k | full-time permanent
A leading Gibraltar-based main contractor, specialising in civil engineering and building construction, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of construction projects across the Rock. The company works closely with government departments and private developers on a diverse range of infrastructure and development schemes.

What you'll be doing
Take full ownership of project delivery from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
Develop and maintain project programmes, tracking progress and proactively resolving delays
Oversee project budgets, cost control, and monthly reporting to senior management
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all site activities
Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities, managing contractual matters including variations, instructions, and correspondence
Chair site progress meetings, manage procurement and resource planning, and identify and mitigate project risks
What you'll need
Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Min. 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager within construction or civil engineering
Good understanding of construction methods, site management practices, programmes, NEC/JCT contracts and commercial management
Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project)
Right to live and work in Gibraltar
