A well-respected construction consultancy based in Gibraltar is currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant to join their experienced team and play a key role in their inspiring projects. Could this be your new role??

The company has been providing professional construction services for over 30 years, specialising in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, and Facilities Management. Based in Gibraltar, they manage a variety of high-profile projects across residential, commercial, healthcare, education, and public sectors both locally and internationally.

You will work on diverse and challenging projects within a supportive team environment, with your key responsibilities being:

• Preparing cost estimates and budgets

• Conducting risk and value management

• Preparing tender documentation

• Managing contracts and project finances

• Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

In return, you can expect a competitive salary tailored to your experience, with up to 10% discretionery annual bonus, ongoing training and professional development opportunities. A hybrid working arrangement may be considered, although you will be mostly office-based.

You could be the ideal person for this role, if you have:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

• Chartered membership with RICS (or working towards it) 

• At least 5 years of relevant experience ideally gained in the UK or Gibraltar

• A proactive and organised approach to work

• British or EU citizenship
