A well-respected construction consultancy based in Gibraltar is currently looking for a Project Manager to join their experienced team and play a key role in their inspiring projects. Could this be your new role??
The company has been providing professional construction services for over 30 years, specialising in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, and Facilities Management. Based in Gibraltar, they manage a variety of high-profile projects across residential, commercial, healthcare, education, and public sectors both locally and internationally.
You will work on diverse and challenging projects within a supportive team environment, with your key responsibilities including:
Oversee, manage and administer construction projects, acting for the Client, from inception to completion
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
Manage project risks, procurement, design development and contract administration
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
In return, you can expect a competitive salary tailored to your experience, with up to 10% discretionery annual bonus, ongoing training and professional development opportunities. A hybrid working arrangement may be considered, although you will be mostly office-based.
You could be the ideal person for this role, if you have:
A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
MRICS / MCIOB or working towards chartership is desirable
Proven experience in delivering construction projects
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects / tasks
UK or EU citizenship
