A well-respected architecture firm in Gibraltar, known for its creative designs and dedication to sustainability and quality, is currently searching for a Principal Architectural Technologist / Technical Lead to join their vibrant team and play a key role in their inspiring projects. Could this be your new role??
You will be working across all RIBA stages on a range of building types and in a variety of sectors, including residential, mixed-use, commercial, leisure and cultural projects.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
* Collaborate with architects and design team to develop architectural technical packages
* Ensure that projects adhere to industry standards and regulations, specifically in the UK or Gibraltar
* Provide guidance and support to junior staff
* Review and assess technical drawings and documentation
* Prepare RIBA Stage 3-5 packages
* Participate in site visits and apply on-site knowledge to project development

You may be the ideal person for this role, if you have:
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural technology
* Expertise with NBS / specification writing
* Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction processes
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
* Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality
* Experience in mixed-use residential schemes
* Profound knowledge of UK or Gibraltar building regulations
* Proficiency in English
* Ability to review technical packages and prepare RIBA Stage 3-5 packages
* Site experience and a strong understanding of on-site processes
