Assistant Building Services Design Engineer, Gibraltar (GIB)

A Gibraltar-based building services consultancy are currently looking for an Assistant Building Services Design Engineer with either electrical or mechanical background - could this be your new role??

Your duties will include:

• Undertake detailed building services design and calculations (including electrical, public health, mechanical, sustainability)

• Prepare technical specifications and schedules, design development reports and innovative design solutions

• Use Building Information Modelling software to design engineering services on projects through learning from colleagues and in-house training

• Undertake site surveys

• Monitor progress on construction sites

You could be the right person for the role if you have:

• Relevant building services engineering or electrical / mechanical engineering qualification

• Min. 1 year building services design experience

• Practical experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Hevacomp and/or Amtech

• Fluency in English; if you can also speak Spanish that would be awesome

• Right to work in Gibraltar (UK or EU citizenship)
